What are the server down times whether in night or in day?

There are no specific times when the server can be down be it in day or in night. the server can be down only when there is some issue related problem but that will be at its minimum level.

What if I forget the login password while logging in to CALCULUS?

This will never be a major issue for our clients because we are providing with the reset option in system admin and even if this option does not work then we can enter into our client’s database and then solve the password issue. By all the means, we ensure our clients are completely secured while trading through CALCULUS.

As of now, we have only web application but in no less time, we will handling with mobile application that will be user friendly for both IOS and Android.
