I am trying to bid a token on Bank Nifty but I am not receiving any data. Please explain this issue.

These situations arise in two possible cases:-
(i) whether the token of that particular symbol is available in the F O symbol list or not.
(ii)multicast I.P. and port are correctly joined or not.
